A Grumpy Gal from the East Coast

Hey there! A new day. A new blog. One where I can be as grumpy as I damn well want to be. Don't get me wrong. There's lots about our world that fantastic - kind people, stunning scenery, mouthwatering food, heartfelt generosity, breathtaking art. But, sadly, there's lots more to be grumpy about - political opportunism, self-interested decision-making, cynical media, misogyny, smug lazy voting, bad driving, fast food...the list goes on. This is where I plan to rant about all of it. And, maybe, just maybe - and only if I feel so inclined - make helpful suggestions for improving things, just in case - you know - someone actually gives a damn. I confess I'm not optimistic but, hey, you're reading this so who knows. Here goes!
